an agreement for submission of music to be broadcast on 3rdeyeview's online radio station.

 

I have the rights/ I have gained the rights to allow 3EVR to broadcast this music

I give permission to 3EVR the rights to broadcast this music I have uploaded

3EVR will hold the music and these rights until informed by you

Music can be removed by emailing 3evr@3rdeyeview.co.uk quoting the ref code given to you by email

We hope to use your music and look forward to broadcasting it on 3EVR

You hereby agree that all above is true and are liable for any responsibility included in broadcasting this piece

This agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of England whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction
